Privacy Policy (Article 13 GDPR)
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), this policy explains how we process personal data collected through this website, in particular through the Contact form.
1) Data controller
2P-Drone – contact: info@2p-drone.com – WhatsApp: 347 560 4773.
2) Data we process
- Contact form data: name and surname, email address, phone number (if provided), message content and any other information you voluntarily submit.
- Technical data: navigation and security data (for example IP address and server logs) required to operate and protect the website.
- Analytics data (Google Analytics 4): aggregated data about website usage (pages visited, events, device/browser and traffic source) collected through cookies or identifiers, only with your consent.
3) Purposes and legal bases
- Managing contact and quotation requests and communications with users (legal basis: pre-contractual measures and/or contract).
- Website security and prevention of abuse/spam (legal basis: legitimate interest in website security).
- Website analytics and improvement through Google Analytics 4 (legal basis: consent, which can be withdrawn at any time through cookie preferences).
4) How tracking works (GTM + GA4)
This website uses Google Tag Manager (GTM) as a technical tool for managing tags. Google Analytics 4 tags are configured to activate only after the user has given consent through the cookie banner or preferences. Without consent, analytics cookies are not set.
5) Contact form email delivery (SMTP)
When you submit the form, the data is forwarded by email through an SMTP service so that we can reply to you.
6) Data recipients
- website hosting provider (technical management and security);
- email/SMTP provider (delivery of requests submitted through the form);
- Google (GTM and GA4), only if the user consents to analytics;
- personnel authorised by 2P Drone.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
7) Transfers outside the EEA
Use of Google services may involve transfers of data to countries outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers are made using safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary measures where required.
8) Data retention
- Contact form: for the time needed to handle the request and related correspondence, generally no longer than 12 months unless retention is necessary to protect legal rights.
- Technical/security logs: for limited periods proportionate to security purposes and legal obligations.
- GA4: according to the retention settings of the relevant property (for example 2 or 14 months for user-level data) and only for as long as necessary for analytics purposes.
9) IP data (GA4)
Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. An IP address may be used during collection for approximate geolocation and is then discarded.
10) Your rights
You may exercise the rights provided by the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Where processing is based on consent (analytics), you may withdraw consent at any time through cookie preferences. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
11) Contact
